Student Registration

All students must register through their college prior to arriving at the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo.

Directions for colleges to register their students:
To ensure your students are registered the following MUST be completed:
1. Email a spreadsheet of students who will be attending the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo. Your spreadsheet must contain the following column headings: School Name, First Name, Last Name, Mailing Address, Suburb, State, Postcode, Personal Email. Please note any registrations submitted in other forms will not be accepted.
2. Maximum of 80 students names are to be submitted, any students over this number may not be registered.
3. You must submit your list before Wednesday 30th July. Any submissions after this date may be refused.
4. Email to alana.ross@reedexhibitions.com.au
5. Student entry passes will be sent to the college for distribution 3 weeks prior to the Expo.

FAQs

Who can attend the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo 2008?
The Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo is a TRADE ONLY exhibition and is therefore not open to the general public. You will need to register through your college in order to attend. Please note that students are not permitted entry unless previously arranged by their training institute. Please direct any queries regarding information on the registration process to your college. Students are not permitted to register at the event or through the website and any registration done so will be denied.

Can I bring a guest?
No, students are unable to bring guests under any circumstances. Any guest requests at the event will be rejected.

What are the Exhibition Dates and Times?
Saturday 30 August 2008 – 9.00am to 6.00pm
Sunday 31 August 2008 – 9.00am to 6.00pm

Where is the Beauty Expo being held?
Halls 1, 2 & 3 at Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney.

How do I know if I’m registered?
Please refer to your training institute to see if they have registered you. Your college will be able to provide you a list of the students they have submitted for registration.

How do I gain Entry?
Your entry badge will be sent to your training institute 3 weeks prior to the Expo for distribution.

What if I have forgotten/not received my badge when I arrive at the show?
You are able to collect it onsite at the "Pre-registered & not received your Badge" desk, please bring identification with you.

What should I do if my badge details are wrong?
Please call (02) 9211 7544 to update your details.

Is there an entry fee?
No, entry is FREE.

Are children permitted in the Exhibition Halls?
Children are permitted, however we strongly recommend that you find alternate care due to Health & Safety and as it is a business event.
