1. Who can attend the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo 2008?
The Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo is a TRADE ONLY exhibition and is therefore not open to the general public. You will need to provide trade identification to register and attend.

2. What are the Exhibition Dates and Times?
Saturday 30 August 2008 – 9.00am to 6.00pm
Sunday 31 August 2008 – 9.00am to 6.00pm

3. Where is the Beauty Expo being held?
Halls 1, 2 & 3 at Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney.

4. How can I pre-register for the show?
You will need to download the registration form, attach trade identification and fax to (02) 9211 7472 or send by post to P.O. Box K402, Haymarket, NSW 1240.

5. Can I register online?

No, as the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo is a trade only event, trade identification will need to be probived each time you attend.

6. What is trade identification?
ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED WITHOUT APPROPRIATE INDUSTRY RELATED TRADE IDENTIFICATION. Appropriate trade identification is a personalised business card, business registration, certificate, diploma or a letter from your employer for each person registering. If a personalised business card is not available then another form of appropriate trade identification must be supplied.

7. When will I receive my visitor’s badge?
Your visitor badge will be mailed to you two weeks prior to the exhibition opening.

8. Can I register onsite?
Yes, please make sure that you bring your trade identification with you. ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED WITHOUT APPROPRIATE INDUSTRY RELATED TRADE IDENTIFICATION.

9. What if I have forgotten/not received my badge when I arrive at the show?
You are able to collect it onsite at the "Pre-registered & not received your Badge" desk, please bring identification with you.

10. What should I do if my badge details are wrong?
Please call (02) 9211 7544 to update your details.

11. Is there an entry fee?
No, entry is FREE.

12. Can I bring a guest?
Only Owners & Managers are able to sign 1 guest in onsite for $20. Trade Identification will need to be provided.

13. I am a student, am I able to attend the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo?
You will need to register through your college.

14. I am interested in seminars/conference.  How do I register?

15. How do I book a stand at the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo?

16. Are children permitted in the Exhibition Halls?
Children are permitted, however we strongly recommend that you find alternate care due to Health & Safety and as it is a business event.
